Do you think the eggs parents (the red rumps) could have broken them there self? :o

I never new birds would do that. Ive been keeping birds for a long time and none of my breeding Gouldian & Zebra Finches have ever broken there eggs!! :-/

Finchperson some birds can be strange, i have had lovebirds eat there own eggs and kakarikis eat there own young in the nest and you would think there never were any eggs or babies in the nest as no sign of blood would be left in the box.

Yeah strange :( Well i think i did read somewhere that princess parrots will eat the eggs of other birds

2 day my redrumps had babys 3 that i have seen yippee! my other pair yet 2 hach 2 more days 2 go cant wait!!!

ooow! :D my princess parrots have now started looking for ther own boxes and i have seen them mating last night!! cant wait for it to happen!!! very excited!!! :D :D :D

sounds like everything is happening at your place now :)
You should now have princess parrots with eggs in about two weeks time.

well it has been a week and a bit have not seen my princess hen out of the box for more than 2or3 min at a time have not looked in the box just yet as she is quick to get back in the box and my grassys chicks are doing well but the second pair the egg were infertile ooowell it was ther first go at it nex time maybe :D :D
