What type of parrot is this???

Hello, someone has found this parrot shown below, they have him listed on Gumtree Australia as a "found pretty budgie", but I know its not a budgie, was just wondering what it is, and if anyone has lost this bird, it is listed on Gumtree presently, but what is it?

Princess Parrot male - likely 8 to 12 months old.
