I'm with the wildlife group down here.. I will be getting a whole heap of rescued birds aswell as not many people look after wild birds in the group (They all mainly look after kangaroos). Its been quite an experience to look after him.. His such a cutie.  |

He is so cute, shame they have to grow up j/k We have resident ones around here that just go nuts for my quince tree, they pick the quince and sit on top of the chimney and eat a bit and then throw them on the roof! they used to throw them down the chimney  until we put a new fire in with the flue and a wire cage over the top! For little things they certainly sound like elephants at 2am on the tin roof! |

we've got lots of wild ones too that stomp around on the roof and eat every fruit we get on our fruit trees.. Muggy fell off his mum somehow when his mum panicked because of our dogs. If he wasn't calling out for his mother he would of became dog food. :/ His mother was in a bad way (had possum mange) and looked very weak. She disappeared when it got dark. Muggy only weighed 98g when we found him and he now weighs about 300g. Just fed my baby and went back to give him his nightly bowl of mixed fruit and had to remove him from my arm.. his a very clingy possum lol.. |
