Depends where you live. In SE Queensland, hand raised cockatiels sell around the $80 mark from the breeder, maybe $120 from a shop. If selling to a shop then expect to get half of what they sell them at.
Budgies are rarely hand raised - they are a pain to do,, and baby budgies tame so easily it is hardly worth the effort. When we had our pet shop I used to finger tame a baby 8 week old budgie in around 5 to 10 minutes! Once the buyers had picked out a baby I would tame it on the spot before they took it home - to the stage it would step on a finger from a perch in the cage and come out on my finger, go from finger to finger, and accept a neck tickle. We used to buy them at $12 and sell at $25.
Red rumps are a bit tricky to hand raise - they don't always end up nice tame babies. They often have a bit of an independent streak. Some I raised were good pets, others were best put into an aviary.
When we had them we sold them hand raised at similar prices to cockatiels.
Colour does matter - a grey cockatiel is unlikely to be as popular as a nice white face cinnamon pearl pied and hence may sell for less. However in recent years we sold all babies at the same price. Once the popular colours went the greys readily sold if they were nice temperament. In budgies it seemed less important and sometimes the ones I thought were the plainest or even ugliest (not that any budgie is ugly!) sold first.
cheers,
Mike

I sell my handreared cockatiels from $60-$80 depending on colour, I have no troubles at all selling my cockatiels.
I breed red rumped parrots but do not handraise them and don't see too many handreared.
