Ok it has been a while since I have been here, there has been so much going on with Duck season (am an anti not a shooter) and general life stuff like changing jobs and the shelter has taken off through word of mouth and I seem to be always taking birds in and adopting birds out it is not funny.
However a this time last week I came home to find one of my Sunnies had passed and the other not looking well. Also their neighbours my Green Cheeks also not well (I mean i picked them up off the bottom of the avairy). A frantic rush to the vet, medication for everyone and we are getting better.
The remaining sunny has become known as velcro in my house as she just wants to be with people so I thought I would give you some pictures.
Also we clipped her wings for saftey as we have cats.

So now the little sunny is going to stay inside with me. I have been thinking about getting another inside bird for a while so maybe this is the answer. Either way having fun bonding with another bird again.
