I know this is a bird site, but I just had to share.

Sadly on the 23rd of December 2011, I had to have my gorgeous girl put to sleep. It was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. Even now whilst I am typing this I am crying my eyes out.

Sorry for your hard choice pets they are just like kids i know how you are feeling 3 weeks ago i lost my friend of 16 years and our 3 month old pup i still see missy in the corner of my eye she was in my lap everyday for 16 years.

I'm so sorry to hear about Misty, we had a Misty too who lived to 16. We had to also make the hard decision, we all feel your pain. RIP dear Misty.
