Hi every one, Last Febuary 17 morning, my baby boy Galah (pink and grey) , escape from his aviary in Strickland drive,Wheelers hill Victoria. He is very tame, and talking. He says his name " kush kush" and "come here". He has a ring. I have a severe depression and I badly needed him to come back home or i feel lost too :-( My contact number is 0423051378 Email: joands143@gmail.com Attachments:

Sorry to hear that you are missing your friend. You live fairly local to where I work in Rowville, so I will keep an eye out. There's a lot of galahs I'm going to have to say kush-kush to though. Drop a flyer off to Mad-about-Pets, Fish & Feather, Nunawading Birds & the other stores in the eastern suburbs. Also try calling out his name near your yard about half an hour before dusk when the birds come into roost. If he's still on the loose it may be that he will roost near home. Take his favourite treat with you when you do it. Hope you find your friend.

I feel for you, I know how I felt when Louie my Superb Parrot escaped. I suggest putting lots of signs up as well as the places Gerard mentioned. Also advertise in the local papers. I was lucky to get Louie back after 6 long months only because I persevered with the signs and the last ones I put up got the result. Good luck I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

oh Laraine you are so lucky. I tried for 5 months to get Takoda back and it breaks my heart still. Rikki who is in the aviary now is getting his ring around his neck (alexandrines) and I keep calling him Takoda and have to correct myself. I do however believe Takoda is with someone........there were too many sightings of him locally and I would take a picture of both Gunny (eclectus) and Takoda (alexandrine) expecting the sighting to be Gunny because they would say a beautiful big green bird..........and they always pointed to Takoda..........always.
I hope and pray you get your birdie back Joanjade.
