My soul is in tattered shreds of grief. Jezza passed away 25/7/13 6.5 years old (approx) Unknown cause. My son found her in the bottom of her cage when he arrived home from school. She will be greatly missed. Mo, my other tiel is grieving as well. Keeps calling out for her. I guess we all have some healing to do. Thanks for listening. Leon

So sorry to hear of your loss Leon - I'm sure everyone here understands how you feel, birds can quickly become a major part of the family

Too soon Too soon. The most difficult part is Mo. Shrieking and wandering the house looking for her. Breaks your heart.(as if Jezza's passing wasn't difficult enough) Thank for the reply. Leon Update: Mo very upset long protracted screeching sessions. Not sure what to do. Any advice will be appreciated. Leon

So sad to lose a loved one, my heart goes out to you. I am always a mess when I lose a bird.

Another bird will never replace the void, but you have to remember all the good fun times. That will bring a smile to your dial
