My new 20 week old Galah

Hi all. In about 3 weeks I am getting a 16 week old Galah. Who will be about 20 weeks at the time. Are there any tips on how to raise it and tame it to be around people? I have hand reared a baby noisy miner previously so I have some experience in rasing birds but not cockatoos/parrots. So any tips would be appreciated.
