G'Day to one and all

I was looking about for a bird page for Australia and found it and decided I would like to be here to.

So I joined up and here I am.

I now use only these super zoom Bridge camera's as I am getting older.

I tried to hang out with my DSLR camera but it just got too heavy for me if I was out all day.

So I made the change to these camera's a little while back.

I think the main difference is weight is an easy one.

Though you do miss some lower light shots.

This is not a massive issue to me.

My current camera is the Canon SX70 HS though I do have the Nikon P900.

And each has its good points as well as bad ones.

But I will not be going back to the DSLR world again.
