Don't want to sound like I'm whingeing, but this place seems a bit dormant. Most "club" type forums I've been to are a lot more lively. Like a cage full of finches. 

Speaking of finches, can anyone recommend a safe water-proof paint to paint a plywood cage for finches?

I'll just leave that there.
