I have a pair of red rumped that I purchased separately. I thought the yellow one was a female and I'm pretty sure that the turquoise is a male. When I put them together after quarantine, the yellow started regurgerating and started to feed the turquoise. I was confused at first. Then thought of nothing to it. Then the other day, I saw the female humping on the back of the turquoise. Now I'm thinking that I have both males but why would the other male hump another male?
