Okay now I have lost the Exalt button.
I thought hey I will get a couple of people some good Karma and you know what I did the first one and then Exalt button disappeared.
I have to ask? Is this normal?

Hello Everyone!
I am trying to get around to give Karma to as many people as I can as positive reinforcement but you have to wait between clicks.
So it is taking time to positively reinforce everyone.
