Does that mean that once I post a picture/image on this forum I loose my rights to that picture, including posting them elsewhere?

No, your photos are your own to post wherever you like. Maybe John will come and explain it a bit better than it is written in the opening post.

This does not apply to members pictures of there birds or any other pictures they may post just to the images used in building and running of this forum, you have owner ship of your pictures and they can not be used with out your permission.
