Hurrah im a new mum to a young bubba boy named Peppy, Mr emz got to name this bubba, which isnt fair coz IM THe mUM!.. ..though but im betting its a girl ....anyways..it does this cute lil head bobbing thing when u talk to it or whistle its favourite whistle that the breeder got him/her used to ....any idea what head bobbing means?.......emz ;D ;D

Hi Emz, great to hear you have a new h/reared bub. Hey I h/rear all my babys & hubby usually names them all . Sometimes the head bobbing is a begging response for food. Does it make funny noises when he does this. Even though it might not be hungry they can still head bob begging for food. They do eventually grow out of this. Hope this helps. Cheers Anna

Gee guys it is a shame you aren't all in brisbane. I have 3 gorgeous babies all ready to go and no-one wants them. Or if they do want one they want a guaranteed male and I think these are hens. Oh well...just gives me more time to play with them and get MORE attached!LOL Jo-Anne

Hi everyone, I am also after a handreared baby cockatiel. Preferably in the Illawarra, sydney's ok. Spoke to Enid today, so know that story. There must be other reputable breeders about. HELP
