hello all just wondering if honey is good for rainbow lorikeets rehards bill Guess it wont harm, as long one does not give a whole jar full of it . I have 2 rainbow lorikeets and there just love every now and then a teaspoon of honey

Hi Bill, If you take a small piece of bread and smear some honey on it and give it to your lorie they will love it, but and a big but is don't give them too much straight honey it's a bit rich for them. Watered down honey is okay but once again moderating is the key.

I've been told repeatedly NOT to give my scaley breast shop-bought honey. As all the good stuff has been processed out and only give honey bought from the markets etc. where you know its in a pure form.
