hello all just thought i would share my new arivial ;D i belive it to be a lutino white face but i have been wrong before this guy hatched in the incubator so it looks like i will be mum and dad regards bill

How old is it Bill, it's so tiny and as far as the mutation is concerned are you going by the parents colour in saynig that it is a Lutino White Face?

hello john when the pick was taken she was a couple of hours old as far as the mutation goes the father is a grey split whiteface and lutino and the females is a whiteface regards bill

Hi John in Cockatiels the White Down represents Whitefaced Mutation and the Red eyes indicate Lutino put the 2 together and end up with a Whiteface Lutino (Albino) cheers Frank

Congrats on your gorgeous little whiteface lutino girl...she is gorgeous! I wish you luck with the handfeeding...you can have day 1's all on your own.....way too much work and lack of sleep involved for me. Have you fed them from this young before? Jo-Anne

Well Bill all I can say is good for you! You are a brave man to take on newly hatched chicks for feeding but I see you are doing ok! How are you handling the lack of sleep?...you seem to be still quite coherent....I am surprised!LOL Give yourself a pat on the back....you are doing great! Jo-Anne

thanks jo-anna and tony i am handling it the babies go to 5 feeds a day as of today so more sleep on the way i will have some more picks next sunday i hope regards bill

they are completely adoreable handrearing is like having a new baby isnt it thanks god they are not dependent on us as long as our kids are at least 30 years oh hang on i still need my mummy and iam 41:)

Congrats on the babies, Bill......raising a newbie IS a lot of tiring work, but oh so rewarding. I’m shaking in my boots at the moment because to date I now have 10 chicks god heaven for bid if I had to HR all of them, you would all be calling me zombie woman ...and keep the great photos coming......I wish I could take neat close-ups like yours ;D Deb

Hi Bill, I know it's been a long time but how did your babies finally get on. Did you manage to get your albino chick you wanted. Sorry if you have already told us but I just can't remember hearing anything more about the tiny ones. Regards Jo-Anne
