I finally have a picture of our little rainbow lorikeet, Squee.  It's not that great (he wouldn't sit still for the camera and the only non-blurry one he had his back turned away >.<) but it's still something.  Isn't he just adorable? |

That's his temporary home until we can find him a bigger cage. Hopefully something with a stand/wheels and an open-out top...and not a curved top. >.< He can climb around the top but he doesn't like it so much, although he has found a new toy in it - there's a part right at the top where a bolt sticks through just a little, and he's taken to hanging off it by his beak or a foot when his friends are around, and making 'Hey, look at me!' noises. Always gives me a heart attack though because I'm afraid he's going to fall, and since he can't fly the idea is sort of scary. ^^; Need to get me some film so I can have another shot at getting some piccies, maybe he'll co-operate and face the camera this time.  |
