She would be a pretty good flyer - Craigieburn is on north side of Melbourne and the found one is in Panania in Sydney!
Hope your Bella turns up Suzy - let us know if she does
cheers,
Mike

Our female sun conure, named Zaali was accidently released from her cage by our 5 year old daughter. She was lost at around 5:30pm on Friday the 2nd of December 2011 from Frankston East, VIC. She was still in the local area a few hours later but we were unable to retrieve her. She is an unusual bird and easily recognised by her looks and the noises she makes. She is 12 months old and partially hand tamed, she will land on people and will be looking for food so will likely enter houses and backyards. She also had a silver tag on her foot with a PSA serial number. We are offering a reward for her return as she is a much loved family pet. Anyone who sees her PLEASE call 0478222088 or 0466726602. Thank you!

Hi. Our 13 year old daughter was given a grey cockatiel for her birthday. The cockatiel was 15 weeks old, and very tame. His name was Kurenai. He was hand reared since he was born and will fly onto your finger and your head, and will eat out of your hands. He is a stunning whiteface baby, very tame, fully weaned with a grey body. We have had him since Tuesday 13th December. On Sunday 18th December, Kurenai got very agitated for an unknown reason and flew out of the back door that was left slightly ajar. We are extremely upset and we are asking you to please look out for this grey cockatiel, in hope that he may come back. There will be a 100 pound reward if he is found and returned safely to us. We live in Orpington and he was last sighted in Helegan Close. Please keep a look out for this cockatiel - Kurenai is still outside as we speak and we can still hear his faint chirping. If you find this cockatiel, please contact us. This link contains images of Kurenai before we bought him: www.preloved.co.uk/adverts/show/104856170/handreared-cockatiel.htmlHome Telephone: 01689898570 Mobile: 07958707875 Email: sadasnowdon@gmail.com Thank you.

It should be mentioned that this cockatiel was lost in England - Orpington is southeast of London.
Hope your baby turns up soon - be sure to do a letterbox drop in the area, let any vets know as well as any local pet shops, and put signs up in local shops
cheers,
Mike

you might be best to actually post a separate "thread" so people can see this on it's own and not mixed in with others. Hope you get them back too.......where is Pakenham???

Victoria - they are an aviary specializing in hand raised birds as well as selling cages and accessories.
Quite a collection taken - very sad

Definitely lots of publicity is the way to go, someone might have seen something and will respond to a nice reward. Hopefully the birds are being properly looked after. Nice to have you back Tracey.

OMG! John I'm so sorry, that is absolutely beyond terrible. I'd just joined this forum to tell everyone about our baby we'd hope to get in March but seems it is not to be. You must be utterly heartbroken

And agree with Laraine, have you thought of going to the News channels? They have helped people in the past.
