Looks like it is my turn to fess up now. I went to the Cockatiel show and sale day yesterday with 2 birds to show and 3 to sell. Well things went good and bad. Got 2 3rd placings that was good. However........I only sold one baby.......and....this is the bad part!! I bought 2 new ones home. A nice whiteface pastelsilver male and a platinum pastelface hen!! They are absolutely gorgeous birds!!! And.....here goes with the next part....I have no pastelsilver hen for the new male so I have to go buy one of them now. So instead of decreasing my flock number by 3 it was only 1 and then I added 2 more. Does this mean I am an addict? ? Jo-Anne (waiting on a verdict here)

jo ignore bills pleas for you to send the birds and also ignore his advice as he is a a non recovering member of birds anon and we know how cunning a desperate man or woman:) can be when they are an addict so for me to decide if you are an addict jo ill have to take your birds away from you and see how u cope ;Diam sure you will recover faster if i look after them for you !ahh heck just bring the whole avairy

Now Frank stop teasing me. I am running out of room fast here. My aviaries will look like Polly's in no time. LOL For now the male birds still quiver when I walk outside with a cage.....I guess they are excited about the possibility of a new bird being the next love of their life!! I don't want that quiver of anticipation turning turning into uncontrollable shaking that becomes the maximum movement any bird can make in the aviary!!!ROTFLMAO Jo-Anne PS...hmmmm....better tell me more about this hen I think!

Oh Bill you are such a wonderful person. I truly appreciate your offer of assistance and realise the suffering your offer would thrust upon you! I am sad to say though that I couldn't possibly ask that much of you and am prepared to suffer myself in not very much silence! I think Frank and I need to suffer this punishment this time as it will hopefully help us to see the light and point us on the road to recovery! AS IF!!!!!! Jo-Anne ROTFLMAO again and again and again!!!

I know how you love to help but I think these 2 would be just too much for you. Here is a pic of my 2 new birdies so you can get the idea. The new hen is the one in the background......the front one is one I got from Frank earlier. The new male does not want his pic taken at the moment so it is difficult. Jo-Anne

Forgive me polly for I have sinned big time! This time hubby doesn't know of my sins....yet he should be home very soon. I left a "do you love me" note on the front door ;D My sins were unexpected and they just followed my in their box to my car I SWEAR. Here's a pic They are 4 or 5 days old! Don't they make ya melt My problem is that I didn't research my sin first At what age can they be allowed out to play and when don't they need a heat lamp anymore? I'm soo naughty and in a lot of trouble!!! I'll just tempt him with the future eggs Amanda the bad sinner
