or when u are on first name terms with the owners of the pet shop and have their phone numbers:

Yeah I'm on a first name basis with my local pet store and I know the number off by heart even though I've called it about 5 times in 2 years!
Don't have that problem with my boss but everyone I work with says no more birds!

But you know you have a problem with birds when......

You research species you don't/can't have on the internet

You purchase books for birds you don't currently have

you look in books at pictures of birds and say "I want those!"

You buy cages because they are a good purchase!

When you go overseas and 99% of your photos are of birds and all you want to know about in each town is where the bird parks and pet shops are!!!! (But that's not me!!!) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

or you get your credit card statment and you spend more on you birds than anyhing else
