So much for xmas present ;D I saw pics of the birds and found out the dna certificate had come in and one was a male. Well I said to hubby "I know this baby is a boy and I really would like a boy, the next 2 babies might be girls and then I would have to wait longer" ;D
We go down to pick him up on Friday - two more sleeps. ;D
Oh and his name will be "KUMAR" which is indian for boy/son

He is home now and he is a 9 week old male alexandrine (dna sexed) I think he looks lovely ;D

Just found out his hatch date is 19/8/05 so that makes him 3 months not 2 months.
Yes I plan to clicker train him also to do some tricks. I think it helps to bond.

He is adorable!! I saw a baby Alexandrine a couple of weeks ago for the first time. They are so beautiful. No wonder you guys rave about them so much. Congratulations vankarhi. He's got a wonderful, and very cute face.

He is beautiful! is it me or are his colours a lot darker than the alex's I've seen? a beautiful deeper green. With a face like that we know he is going to LOVE it with you....... spoilt rotten too
