I just thought I'd confess now, as I intend to buy a bird I don't need at the bird auctions tomorrow! I don't even really know what I'll buy but I'll know when I see it. ;D I'll keep you posted (If it's a galah, you probably won't be hearing from me again-ever!!!!!!!!)

I'm very disappointed. I'm looking for a WF-Cin tiel hen for my Dino.
The only bird I wanted was a male bourke creamino. As I was bidding I knew someone else was bidding against me, but then the auctioneer looked my way and asked if "you two are together?" I didn't know what he was talking about until five seconds later when the hammer fell. I realised the old guy beside me that I'd been chatting with, had been bidding too but he was the winner. Well everyone started laughing and he said no it's actually my wife??!!! Funny, I didn't even know his name!!!! So anyway, I went home empty handed much to hubby's delight.

Commiserations on not getting the bird you wanted. I know what bird auctions are like. Maybe you will be luckier next time.
