Well I've been bird shopping again, and couldn't just stop at the 2 I went to buy of course
I went today to see a man who had a Regent cock for sale (couldn't leave my regent girl without a man) and he also had a princess hen ( I also had a lonely cock).
But........oh my you should have seen all the beautiful birds he had ;D ;D
He is having to sell his acerage and therefore his birds and had princesses green and blue, suberbs, regents, kings and crimson wings. Stunning birds I could have taken them all!
Then I saw the Crimson wing pair WOW They are so so colourful no pictures I have ever seen do justice the the bright fluro green and bright red and when they are in flight there's even blue. Oh I just had to buy them I had to had to had to. Never mind my mortage etc it's only money LOL

So I ended up with 4 instead of two. I was doomed going to a place with so many lovely birds anyway. No self control at all. You can tell I'm a lost cause since I had enough cages and money on me for 4

So new years resolution: I don't need to buy any more birds for the 07 season. Please remind me of that often. (the White fronted blue scarlet cock I've ordered doesn't count cause I arranged that before today )

I don't blame you for buying so many, if I had the cages and money I'd get even more too. Most of them are in my list of fave species. I'm soooooooo jealous. Oh and I agree about the crimson wing cocks, the first time I ever saw one I fell in love with them.
