PROBOARDS.COM - TERMS OF SERVICE

ProBoards.com (the "Provider") is providing a service to individuals (the "User") who are at least 18 years old or minors 13 years old and above who have parental permission.

To use our service, you must agree to all the following:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Under this agreement, the Provider will provide the following services; which herein known as the "Services" in this agreement:

A. Access to utilize the Provider's message board services.

B. Access to documents such as FAQ's and documentation. All documentation is provided on an "as is" basis, with no expressed or implied complete validity.

C. Access to a members venue where a members posts reaches "Adicted Member" status. Member to be the "perfect" host and must also provide refreshments, nibblies INCLUDING chocolate, cheescake and pavlova to fellow Aussie Birds Members.

Failing to head this rule WILL result in instant demotion to "newbie" status.

My maternal nana is Irish, she immigrated out here as a tiny little girl. My husbands father's family is Irish.........hence why we gave Caillean a gaelic name. Caillean Patrick (his surname is a common irish name) ;D
