hey guys!!!

i just want to scream to the whole world my first bub was born!!!! yay but out of the two eggs the mother had only one has hatched and she seemed to open the other one up herself does any one know why???

I have no idea why she would do that.......but what breed of bird is the bub?? Where are the pics ;D

my lil bubba is 10 days old now and a tubby thing lol!!!!
i havent got any recent pics so far but will take some tommorow. he is sooo cute and just getting the splits in his eyes for them to open soon yay!!!!

we are thinking about calling he/she D.C and we are keeping this one lol your were right vanarhi (tracey) about the unwritten law of keeping the first bird....lol!!! P.S im fairly sure that is your name its been awhile and there is so many to remember lol)

Actually for the first time my partner seems soo much more attached then i was because i was preparing myself for them to be sold but since he has gotten attached i dont think that will be happening...heheheh men they are really soft under that metal shell after all...who would have ever thought

lol i can now proudly say he doesnt look so fragile now pied ,he my tubby boy i call him that coz i watched him growp up everyday and he is huge from those pics lol..

i took some pics today but my camera settings needs fixing and they all come out blurrin plus i put his leg ring on today so ill wait till tommorow for some more (plus i need sum batteries lol)

got a even bigger suprise 3 of my other babies were born 2 days ago!!!!!!! so now the tally is 4.

but still waiting on the other hens eggs to hatch they are overdue. just waiting till the weekend and then ill have to take them out its been nearly a week and a half over by the weekend .

Is that the right thing to do??

im also not sure if i let her have another clutch??
ive got all the extra calcium and grit and extras to give her if i should.
