hi all. just need some advice, my princess has layed 4 eggs 1 of the eggs hatched 3 days ago but the rest have not, how long should i wait before i remove the one's that have not hatched? any advice would be great thankyou ;D ;D ;D ;D

If its the first time they have bred its possible there is only 1 baby. You could candle them, put a torch up close to each egg to see if they are clear. But if you prefer to not interrupt her just leave it another few day's. My very first eckie eggs nearly were thrown out because i didn't think a 2 & 1/2 year old pair would have fertile eggs. Just lucky i checked them first because they were pipping.  Robyn. |

Princesses usually lay an egg every 2 days, so there could be a 6 day gap between the first and last egg. If your baby was from the first egg then there is still time for some of the other eggs to hatch. I always leave un-hatched eggs in the nest for a week after the last baby hatches, just to be absolutely sure.
