Thank you. They are all sweeties. I have no desire to see them go. I always want to keep them all. However, I cannot have so many cockatiels inside. I have 10 at the moment and 8 of them are related.

I am posting this photo again so you know which birds I am talking about. The hen second from the right went by plane to Sydney yesterday. She has settled in and her new family are delighted with her. They say she is even prettier than in the photos. The two little greys are still available. They are actually pieds because they have yellow in their crests and on the back of their heads. I had thought they were cocks but they have not started to sing, whereas the one on the far right is singing 'Pop goes the weasel' and wolf whistling.

The two little grey chicks (a cock and a hen) have gone to live in Adelaide, where they are doing well. The cock on the far right is staying with me. His name is River Roo.

There are four eggs now. I expect another tomorrow. Aimee has been incubating since she laid the first one. She sometimes lets Roger Roo have a turn. They look great! Is it a wooden carve inside the box?

That's one of the things I like about tiels, both parents get very involved in the process. I'm curious, how do you sex very young cockatiels?
