How are all the fids going? Do you have your Alex's and Ekkies still ? Yes I still have "some" ekkies and "some" alex's. I lost my breeding male eclectus on 31/7/10 by accidently letting him out of the aviary.........then on 11/09/10 I did the same thing to Takoda. Takoda has been seen flying around here in about a 2km radius of home.......but I have not managed to get him back or get Gunny (male eclectus) back. I have decided not to continue breeding the ekkies (well we will see what happens after we move lol.........if I still have Skye and if I can get a suspended aviary I just might look for a mate for Skye) I will look for another mate for Takoda's hen. I really do like the alexandrines.

Oh so sorry to hear Tracey! Poor Takoda! I hope he's ok! Hopefully no one has found him and decided to keep him. :-( I really do hope you get them back.

I have been hoping and praying........I think I have given up now. At least we will be here though until at January. Our house settles in 2 weeks but we are going to rent it back for a few weeks until we can organise a shed to be built and or a caravan on the block......while our house is being built. We don't want to be paying rent for too long. Plus we need to be on the block so we can do the electricals and the painting ourselves.
