Hi All Thought it was about time I joined some kind of Bird Forum.....I have quite a flock! I have a gorgeous assortment of birds so will begin by introducing them by name/species Toddles - F green quaker - she is a doll Doofy - M Alex - Toddles has taught him to talk Zuri - M Jenday - absolute baby...loves snuggles Percy & Nelson - Rainbow Lorries.....idiots! Wazzle - M Ecky - recently rescued him.....sad story Savannah - F Major Mitchell - my gorgeous girl and today....another 2 rescue birds...a rainbow that we bred and handraised last year and a Musk Lorikeet.....nice birds....  We also have our aviary birds....Eckys, conures, quakers, cockatiels etc.... We have dogs, cats, fish and reptiles as well..... Love my animals! So anyway, hello everyone! |

Welcome Flossy & all the gang. That must keep you busy.
Sounds a bit like my place minus the reptiles.
Oh & the cats, had to get the last 2 old toms put to sleep & we are not going to get another.

And I forgot to mention I am handraising 4 gorgeous Quakers and 4 Cockatiels as well! Which is a lil different from last year when I was doing 58 birds!! Argh!!!....THAT was overkill! BUT a very rewarding experience indeed!

You sound busy with all your birds! Sounds like fun!
My bird family includes 3 King Parrots (2m & 1F) 10 Rainbow Lorikeets, 2 Crimson Rosellas and 8 budgies + 6 budgie babies.
Does anyone out there need a King Parrot cock bird? My female won't nest with both the boys pestering her and I've run out of space...

well you posted ok ;D but you probably should go into the introduction section on the home page and on the right hand side (I think it is lol been doing this for how long now lol and not sure where the button is lol)
you will find the "new thread" button. click on that and you can start your own topic and tell us about your birdies
Then in the for sale section (or is it buy and sell lol) you can put your king parrot for sale....same thing........start your own thread with him looking for a new home ;D
