Hi, it looks like the par blue i was breeding years ago. Wasn't a very stable mutation back then but i believe they have improved greatly over the years.
The ones i bred were on the small side & were very slow to get on the perch or even fly for that matter.
If you get a real good quality par blue or what ever they are called now, they fetch a good price.
