A hybrid - which is illegal to intentionally breed in all Australian states.
The blue mutation is recessive so such a pairing would result in a scruffy looking bird small in size which is split to blue. Since the only purpose of such a pairing would be to breed a blue Green Rosella for monetary gain, it would take several generations - possibly 5 or 6 - to get a blue bird that would look anything like a Green Rosella.
The problem is that to get a bird back up to a green Rosella size you have to out cross to a normal Green Rosella to get size back and each time you do that you have to go through to a second generation bird to get blue birds again - using hybrids to breed recessive mutations is a long term project. With at least 2 years for each generation to get to breeding age that means a 10 or 12 year breeding programme minimum.
