Oh wow when you mentioned the cage was rusty I didn't imagine it was this bad! It looks very bare also. I'm so glad she has gone to a loving person who will give her the better care she deserves. Shes beautiful, her feathers look like they're in good condition from the photo. Shes fine physically?

Shes fine physcially, happy to eat, no worms or anything in her droppings, Im going to add a whole heap of photos of where she was formally in a moment. Im going to worm her and give her some calcium too, one day soon, i worry about her legs given she doesnt sit on perch just spread eagled in corners

Ruby in the back of the ute, just pulled up to the new house Ruby in the back Rubys water and food bowl, once we bolt cutted it up open, i scrubbed them, and it was actully a fluro green bowl, to give you an idea how dirty it was. Chickens running up to eat all the roachs and bugs we flicked off the top of rubys cage. Rubys view of the world.

We arent happy with the aviary shes in, as she can easily chew through the wire, so we are planning on saving and buying her a nice cage on wheels, i dont think she will escape in the mean time she seems quite happy in there.

Yes that is very thin wire for a Cockatoo, easy work getting through it obviously!

Ruby is beautiful!!! Congratulations! It's good, that Ruby is finally in the hands, of a caring loving person...going by the old cage, looks like that was something she was lacking! Well done!!! Hope you both have a wonderful life together!!!
