Well, almost free, or free except for postage 
We are trying to downsize our possessions so we have room to live in the house - everything is under review except for the 25 birds, 3 cats and 1 dog
Oh, and the humans as well.
Chief among the goods being reviewed are the books and magazines - we had about 2,500 books on all sorts of subjects a year ago - now down to a mere 1700! We also have quite a lot of magazines, including naturally bird ones.
Our complete collection of Australian Birdkeeper, from issue 1, is staying but there is also quite a few copies of Bird Talk, Bird Breeder, Aviary Life and Parrots we have decided to get rid off. Mostely from the late 1990's and early 2000's.
So I am offering them free to anyone on AB Forum who would like some of them. What I propose is that for the price of a 3 kg Post Satchel - $11.20 - I will fill it with magazine up to the 3kg limit and send it off to anyone interested. Pretty much a pot luck situation about which you get - but if you are desperate for anything on, say, Sun Conures, I'll try to do a quick check through for any relevent issues, but mostly it will be a lucky dip - first ones off the top of the pile. As a guide I think it would be around 6 to 8 copies of Bird Talk to a post satchel
Most copies are in pretty good condition but it is a bird house so some may have been nibbled a bit by curious beaks! I don't think too many have dried droppings on them though
It is always a bit embarrassing when you have to take a bill in to pay and there is a big dried dropping on it 
Anyone wanting magazines can PM me and we ca sort out payment details for the postage as well as getting your address.
