If you are happy to move her out of the aviary and potentially have baby cockatiels, then get her a mate, but if you don't want to breed then keep her as she is with the other two birds.
If she appears happy in the company of the other two then I wouldn't be too concerned about her having a mate.
cheers,
Mike

Oh, one more question about breeding behavior....Why does my non-egg-laying cockatiel get inside the cage of the hen that's laying and keep bobbing her head/body up and down and move the eggs around with her beak? It's almost like they're foreign to her. They aren't foreign, she wants to brood them but probably isn't quite sure how to go about it. What does the other cockatiel think about her eggs being played with? cheers, Mike She didn't happen to notice at the time the other bird was in the cage toying with her eggs. However, she is very aggressive around the other bird if they are messed with. I'm unhappy to say I've had to take her in to the veteranarian about a year ago due to injuries inflicted in retaliation by the non-laying bird. This was a sad sight, and I had to learn the hard way to keep them in seperate cages. I plan to keep them seperately housed whether they are laying eggs or not to be on the safe side.
