Hi, wondering if someone can help me...we have a female scaly breasted lorikeet who is in love with my son and has built a nest in my display baskets in the living room and is attacking everyone that walks in there (besides my son). Wondering how I stop her nesting and being so aggressive, I have taken the baskets away and cleared the area that they were in but she's still attacking us. You can step in the living room without her running at you and biting your feet.

Maybe if you confine her to the cage for the time being until the hormonal period pass.
You will also have to make sure she doesn't have access to anything that looks like a nest.
