Black spots on wings

Hi all

Henry has started to develop black specks on his wings, s this normal or is it a sign of him being unwell?

He's pooping normally and is very talkative and flighty, he's mood hasn't changed or his eating habits.

I just want to know f this is normal or not

Generally if they are unwell there will be a change in their behaviour, appetite and poops.

Definitely need good photos - it is impossible to comment without them - in the meantime a good description would help, size, location, number, shape, do they rub off, are the feathers damaged - the more you can tell us to accompany photos the better chance of making a guess of what is causing black specs, which are not normal.
