Hello, I made basic bird cornbread for my birds which included eggs, eggshells, broccoli and nuts. None of my birds from finches, tiels, conures liked it. The pineapple conure is just a baby at least he tastes it.
I'm thinking of making strawberry pellet bread that has yogurt, strawberry jam, honey, eggs, and bisquck mix. Sounds pretty yummy. However, my birds look at pellets as they would look at poison pills. They do eat fruits and greens. Love oranges. They really are "seed junkies". I can't force feed them!
I tasted their bread - it was good - with the omission of the broccoli.
