i know this sounds like a stupid question, but can you house elegant parrots with a shingleback or blue tongue?
i know elegants spend some time on the ground and blue tongues are rather large and slow soo they maily eat either just plants or plants and slower animal(snail, slug ect), but would they be quick enough to catch a bird?
thanks

I've never thought of keeping lizards and birds together, but on thinking about it I would suggest don't do it.
Reptiles are notorious for carrying salmonella bacteria, one reason that washing hands after handling a reptile is strongly recommended. And salmonella is deadly to parrots, so the risk of your Elegants picking up salmonella poisoning from poking around on the ground where the lizard might have pooped is too high to risk.
cheers,
Mike
