Hi David,
I need to see a photo of the back of the bird, but my initial impression is that it is a normal grey male. There is some yellowing of the feathers but that looks more like a health issue rather than a mutation change. Problems with the liver can cause a yellowing of feathers, and that problem can be varied. Amongst causes are fatty liver, after effects of psittacosis, or even just plain old age. How old is the bird?
