That's not good, what are her problems, Mike on this site is really helpful if you can give him some details and he usually gets back to you quite quickly

Happy to help but we need to know what the problems are. Give as much detail as possible, photos might be helpful as well. Basically the more information you give the better the chance of helping.
cheers,
Mike

well i got my galah from a pet shop in october and they said she was only about six months old and when i went to get her she looked very ratty and was rubbing her back on the bottom of the cage and the lady at the pet shop told me that she was just playing and thats why her feathers were all ratted and the other day i pulled back all the ratted snapped feathers and she has a very big bald patch around the back of her neck and down her back and she has been scratching herself on her perch and the side of her cage, she has also been getting runny noses and her beak looks really long, i dont think shes been pulling her feathers out because i havnt seen any in her cage.. her feathers still look ratty and horrible and havnt change since the day i got her.. but shes always happy so im very unsure

Hi Manda
I will repeat part of what I wrote in my previous reply on your other thread about the bird. And in spite of what the shop told you the bird was not 6 months old.
I will repeat that my feeling at the moment is that she will need to visit an avian vet - it will probably be a waste of time taking her to a normal dog & cat vet since very few of them know much about birds. Let us know where you live and we can see if there are any avian vets in your area.
Photos would be great, as well as details of her diet, housing (cage and location of the cage) as well as anything else you can think to add. - without all the information you can provide there is little practical help we can give.
cheers,
Mike
