Hi everyone,
Of the four chicks my canaries had two have disappeared...? The two younger ones... They were both there the other day, and I checked, they haven't been thrown out or anything... just disappeared... I thought it might have been mice or something, but my cat and dog would have gone mad if it had been...

My Birds;
8 Canaries(3 red Factor, 3 Yellow/Border, 2 Yellow Varigated), 3 Red Rump Parrots, 7 Quails, 4 Diamond Doves, 2 Princess Parrots, and 3 Budgies

Welcome to the wonderful world of canary breeding in an aviary. This happens a bit, I guess they die and for me I have sand floors with seed and leaves etc falling from the plants in there I guess their little skeletons get lost in there. I have also witnessed the parents eating a dead chick to save the live ones as well
