Anyone knows what this bird is?

I saw this bird in the garden this morning, never seen it or heard it. It was a couple that looked the same and they had a very distinctive call, almost like a siren but low key and very beautiful. They were gone within 10 mins, I do have more pictures thanks.

I have seen one or two close to my house never seen one like that before really had issues finding what this bird was called thanks now i know its a Pheasant Coucal
