I sold all the babies from my other pair of budgies
, both parents have died, they were awesome parents as well (I now have one pair, a grey hen and a violet-blue or purple cock) the parents of the babies were a wild colour hen (i think she was midget budgie as well, smaller than any hen i'ver ever had) and a yellow dark-eyes clear cock (huge bird, for a budgie, could have possibly been a show budgie... i've never had show budgies before, so i wouldn't know the difference), but thier chicks were all kinds of colours. some were the mothers colour, a few yellow-face seafoam, one was sunny yellow and green, i regret selling that one now... he was beautiful, i remember the mother (of my previous pair) going into the nest, all the chicks were the fathers size (three times her size) they were all feathered, and as soon as she was in the nest they all jumped on top of her. Lol! I hope my current pair hatch thir eggs ;D
