Does anyone know what/if species of lorikeets (littles, p-crowns, varieds, musk etc.) can be kept together in the same cage when nesting? I have Littles and purple Crowns in together and as soon as I add a nest box the Littles tend to to be aggressive towards the Purple Crowns, but not vise versa

Generally for breeding purposes it is much preferable to keep one pair to a flight. Having more than one pair together will likely lead to territorial problems, and at best only one pair breeding, and at worst possible injury of the sub-dominant pairs. If you have to have more than one pair to a flight then always have plenty of identical nest boxes - 1 for each pair plus 2 extra ones placed around the aviary at similar heights.
As for mixing species - Rainbows are the more aggressive of the larger Lorikeets, with Scaly and Musk Lorikeets being rather more easy going. I have found the smaller Lorikeets (Purple-crown, Varied and Little) to be much of a muchness - some individual pairs may be more territorial and some not so bad, although as you found out, Little Lorikeets may tend to be worse.
Stick to one pair to a flight or cage - much more successful.
cheers,
Mike
