Galah Beak Stretching

My lah keeps stretching his beak a lot.. he will scratch his side of beak and stretch it open shut.. sometimes he does it for some time and I'm a bit concerned he may be sick. Is this Normal? I've noticed my other birds do it as well.. but not as often

This beak stretching is a normal behaviour, usually done when the bird is relaxed, often followed by beak grinding, and then sleep. I'm not sure what it is a sign of - maybe the equivalent of a human yawn?
