After reading about branches and natural food sources on the net on forums, I was inspired today, to go out in the rain, and get some branches for my little ones. As you can see, these guys tucked right into the flora .. they munched on the leaves and had a great afternoon lol.. was cute to see  Attachments:

Grevilleas and similar natives are great to give your birds - budgies adore such treats.

I have found a lot of melaleuca and bottle brush around the area as well, so will definately be taking my plant cutting scissors with me on my daily walk a few times a week. The smell of branches and leaves in the house is just lovely as well, beneficial for the birds and myself |
