My feeling is that the Bourke is a female - for two reasons. Firstly it is a relatively dull pink colour - most (but not all I might add) males are a brighter pink. And secondly it appears she has been plucked on the back of the head by another bird - generally this only happens to females, a male will not allow himself to be plucked by another bird.
So taking those two factors into account, the bird is more likely a female.
Just a note about Rosa Bourkes, while in Australia they are generally called Rosa Bourkes, the correct name is Opaline Bourkes, and you will find that term used in more technical discussions about parrot colour mutations such as Terry Martin's book, and the recent Australian Burdkeeper's Guide to Neophema & Neopsephotus.
cheers,
Mike
