I have heaps(hundreds ) of indian mynas, starlings and house sparrows living in my yard and breeding in my bamboo. should I tell anyone about them ( I know they can be a threat to natives) or should I just leave them? thanks they also always come up for my dogs food

I suspect there isn't much that can be done - Indian Mynas in particular are a pest and cause problems for native birds breeding, but it is too late to do much about it. You could talk to your local state environment protection department and see if they have any trapping programs in place, but I suspect not. There are traps that have been designed to trap Mynas and then humanely euthanize them, but the problem is new ones tend to move back in from surrounding areas.
As an aside - Mynas can make great talkers if taken from the nest and kept as a pet - messy birds though, lorikeet like in their droppings, only more of it.
