I have just added another cockatiel to the household and I was wondering if it is necessary to keep the bird in a separate room for a while if it appears healthy. It was home raised and bred in the owner's home, but has been in contact with other birds dropped off from other customers. Also, is there any way to tell what sex it may be if it is a white-faced cinnamon pearl?
